After an amazing 27-years, Canada’s very own Fashion Television, hosted by Jeanne
Beker has come to an end.

I owe so many of my of my early childhood fashion-inspired moments to this iconic
show! I can recall being as young as 11-years old, sitting on the sofa and channel
surfing for something “fun” to watch. Next thing I knew, I ended up on an episode of FT
and had sat through the entire show in absolute awe and inspiration. I remember being
amazed with Jeanne Beker’s enthusiasm and knowledge about designers, photography,
and the art of fashion. I had always dreamed about what it would be like to be in her
shoes…from photo shoots, to fashion shows, to travel, and best of all – backstage
interviews with some of the most amazing and talented fashion icons of all time!

Although I am a culprit of today’s “fast-fashion” (thanks to many avenues such as blogs
and social media), I pay homage to Fashion Television for shedding light on an art, that
nearly 20-years later, I can call a “passion for fashion”. This infatuation with the industry
has led me here…ThreeVancouver.

Thank you Fashion Television! You will be missed!

There's nothing like putting on a fresh face, to only see it sitting on the surface.  Makeup is what I'm talking about, and the powder that sits above.
